I’m Kara, founder of KJK Operations. My background spans executive support, account management, project management, business management, and bookkeeping, with much of my experience rooted in the construction industry. I’ve spent years working alongside business owners, helping manage the day-to-day operations and the moving pieces that keep a business running.

That experience has given me a strong understanding of not just individual tasks, but how everything connects—timelines, communication, organization, and follow through.
